An opportunity for an individual to assist two Managing Directors at a venture capital firm based in San Francisco's south of Market (Main Street/Mission Street) on a flexible, part-time basis. Convenient access from BART, Muni and Ferry Plaza.
We are seeking a professional with 5+ years of prior work experience who brings good communication skills, an ability to organize and prioritize tasks, strong personal computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Explorer) with calendaring/ meeting scheduling experience.
The candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and operational duties, such as: • Appointment scheduling
• Staff front desk and routing incoming calls
• Distribute generated correspondence
• Maintain various company contact lists
• Order company supplies
The position is for 16 to 20 hours per week. We will coordinate the specific hours to fit the candidate's schedule and are flexible to have some work done from home.
