Customer Service Representative

The position involves contacting customers who have submitted information requests at our website to verify their contact information. Additionally, periodic customer surveys will be performed from a preset list of customers. Work schedule is from 2 – 10PM- from Sunday through Thursday. Telecommuting is available.

Required Skills: 1-2 years experience with a customer service and data entry is preferred 1-2 years experience in a call center environment is preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet Explorer Customer service oriented with a patient and pleasant phone demeanor Enthusiastic attitude with a desire to help customers Excellent verbal communication AA (2 year) degree or higher is preferred, but not required.
